Our warranties are longer and more comprehensive.

Labor Warranties – All of our scooters come with a minimum of a 6 month or two (2) year labor warranty.  Extended labor warranties are also available.

Parts Warranties – All of our scooters come with a minimum of a 6 month, one (1) year, two (2) year or three (3) year parts warranty.  Extended parts warranties are also available.

Fender-to-Fender Warranty – All of our scooters come with a three (3) month or 1,000 mile fender-to-fender labor and parts warranty that cover everything on the scooter against defects, or premature failure.  This warranty even covers light bulbs and battery.  The only thing it does not cover is damage from an accident, damage caused from dropping the scooter or owner abuse.  Tires are not covered from road hazards such as cuts or nail punctures.

Extended Warranties - Extended warranties are available and must be purchased at time of the scooter.  Standard warranties and extended warranties are transferable for a fee of $100.00 except for CFMOTO scooters.  They have no fees for the transfer to a new owner.

Free Service – Your scooters first scheduled service, at 500 miles, is provided by us at no-charge.

Free Loaner Scooter - We provide you a free loaner scooter if your new scooter is in our shop for longer than 2 days for warranty work and it is not drivable.

There are other Greenville area scooter shops that sell scooters for less money, brands such as Peace Sports, Cool Sports, Gator, Baja, Eagle, Velocity and Roketa.  The reason these scooters are less expensive is because they are of lower quality.  We work on these lower quality scooter that were purchased at these other shops and what we have found is that within just a few months they start to fall apart and break down, costing the owner hundreds of dollars in labor and parts cost to keep them running.

These lower quality scooters are sold by dealers that also don’t have an adequate supply of parts or mechanical experience on staff to fix the scooters when they do break down, leaving the customer stranded.

Before you purchase one of these lower quality scooters please take the time to talk to some of the people that have.  Ask them if they had it to do over again would they buy the same brand of scooter or buy from the same dealer again.
