Our Jonway scooters are protected by a 6 month, unlimited mileage, parts and labor warranty and a 3 month, or 3,000 mile fender-to-fender parts and labor warranty. The 500 mile scheduled service is included at no charge.

Our ZNEN scooters are protected by a 12 month, unlimited mileage, parts and labor warranty and a 3 month, or 3,000 mile fender-to-fender parts and labor warranty. The 500 mile scheduled service is included at no charge.

Our Andretti - Benelli scooters are protected by a 12 month or 5,000 mile major parts warranty and labor is also covered during the first 12 months. They are also protected with a 24 month or 5,000 mile complete engine parts warranty and a 3 month, or 3,000 mile fender-to-fender parts and labor warranty. The 500 mile scheduled service is included at no charge. Our

CFMOTO scooters are protected by a 24 month, unlimited mileage, parts and labor warranty and a 6 month, or 6,000 mile fender-to-fender parts and labor warranty. The 500 mile scheduled service is included at no charge.
At The Scooter Shop we stand behind all of the products we sell.  To ensure that you are fully satisfied with you purchase we provide a full service center for all of your service or warranty needs.

We can provide service for all types of scooters, motorcycles or ATVs.  Work performed out side of warranty is billable at $65/hr.

The following are vehicle owners responsibilities:

    * Properly use, service, maintain and care for the vehicle as outlined in the owner's manual.
    * The scooter must be brought to The Scooter Shop for all scheduled maintenance.  All scheduled maintenance activities must be performed to maintain full warranty eligibility.

The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:

    * Filters
    * Lubricants
    * Spark plugs
    * Standard wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated housings, etc.)batteries, brakes, brakes handles, seats, lights, belts and tires.
    * Extreme riding, racing or competition
    * Loss of time without motorcycle
    * Vandalism, fire or theft
    * Crash or accident
    * Unauthorized outside repair
    * Improper maintenance and/or lack of maintenance according to service manual. All scheduled maintenance must be documented by a certified technician.
    * Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
    * Warranty does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from
