Question: How is this possible with no credit check?
Answer: The program is based exclusively on your checking account longevity and check writing history. As long as you have an income source and acceptable check writing history, you will likely be approved. For your checking account to be considered you will need to have written over 200 checks since it had been opened.
Question: What is the maximum amount that can be financed with the program?
Answer: Up to $5,000, as long as the customer qualifies from an income perspective.
Question: What is the down payment requirement?
Answer: Each transaction requires a down payment in the form of a check, and it should be for at least 15% of the total transaction amount.
Question: What is the income qualification?
Answer: The customer's gross monthly household income, before taxes are taken out, should be at least 2 times the amount of the transaction. Example: For a $1,500 transaction, you should be able to show verifiable gross income of at least $3,000 per month.
Question: Can the spouse's income be added to qualify?
Answer: Yes, as long as it is verifiable.
Question: What is considered verifiable income?
Answer: A source of income with a paper trail (i.e. pay stub or bank statement reflecting direct deposit). Social Security, Disability and Retirement income may also qualify.
Question: What if I want to pay off my debt early?
Answer: You simply come in and pay us the balance directly, and then the remaining post-dated checks will be voided out.
Question: What is the cost?
Answer: There is an account setup fee of $35.00 that is added to your down payment plus an 8% processing fee on the amount of each check.
For Example:
You want to purchases a scooter and accessories for $1,600.00.
You agree to set up 4 payments of $400.00 each plus fees.
You agree to a down payment of $400.00 + $40.00 + 8% = $472.00.
You provide post-dated checks for payments 2, 3, and 4 of $432.00 each ($400.00 + 8% each).
The total amount paid by you in this case would be $1,768.00.
